I have been banned from the fifa 21 market for no reason which i know. I may have broken a term or rule of EA however, i have not read it all so i dont know. I have been banned on the market since thursday and today is monday and i was told i will receive a email update soon however i aint recieved nothing. Im very anoyyed right now and i just want to play the game. On my case it just say No fix availabe. What does that mean and when will i get an update on my account?

I have not received any email and it has been 5 days since i got market banned. Idk why i got banned and surely there would be a warning in place if i was doing something wrong. I have spent money and time on this game and im very annoyed at the moment and really want to play FUT. Can you please help me unban my market and i promise i wont make the same mistakes again.
