I have not received any email and it has been 5 days since i got market banned. Idk why i got banned and surely there would be a warning in place if i was doing something wrong. I have spent money and time on this game and im very annoyed at the moment and really want to play FUT. Can you please help me unban my market and i promise i wont make the same mistakes again.

@Shady2001man Our forum team cannot make any account changes. Please be patient and wait for Terms of Service to reply back.- 5 years ago@EA_Blueberry Ok do you know how long they take roughly because ive already waited 5days and received no replies.

@Shady2001man 5 business days is their goal but depending on the amount of contacts they're receiving throughout a given time-period it could extend a bit. We are approaching the holiday season with more players coming back online (there are also lockdowns in certain parts of the world happening again), so in my opinion it will likely extend beyond 5 days. I know it's hard to wait a situation like this out and be told to wait, it's not easy, but please continue to do so and check your email daily for a response.
