@Shady2001man 5 business days is their goal but depending on the amount of contacts they're receiving throughout a given time-period it could extend a bit. We are approaching the holiday season with more players coming back online (there are also lockdowns in certain parts of the world happening again), so in my opinion it will likely extend beyond 5 days. I know it's hard to wait a situation like this out and be told to wait, it's not easy, but please continue to do so and check your email daily for a response.

Im so annoyed rn because i dont even know what terms or rules i broke and it was by accident. Is there anything i can do because i dont want to start all over again and i would expect a warning from ea if i did break a rule so i could stop. Is there anything u can do to help? I dont understand why they cant tell me the mistake i made and than blacklist my account and unban my market and if i make the mistake again than fair enough they can ban my market again.
