@EA_Blueberry If i delete the club which has a transfer ban would the other clubs on that same account have a ban aswell or will it be normal?
- EA_Blueberry@Shady2001man The ban is EA account based, not club based. The ban would apply to new clubs too.
Hey I was just wondering if the problem is fixed. I completely forgot about the game but then sa an ad. I realize i still have a bunch of gems and cash on my locked account. Idk maybe you help me out since support cant. If you cant i understand. thanks.

Hey my account isn't banned. It was suspended for 7 days and when i called support they also confirmed that the ban was gone. Its just that I cant login. Every time I try anything, apple or facebook it rejects it and kicks me out, and then it says unknown error please try again. [Removed User ID - DO NOT POST IT PUBLICLY - CM] if that helps.

Have you tried reinstalling the app and restarted the device?

yea I've done all of that already: re-installing, trying on different device, etc... I can get on with a guest but as soon as I try to link my personal account with facebook or apple it kicks me and I get a message saying," unknown error please try again."

Try clearing the cache for Facebook and Madden NFL 21 Mobile under your device settings. Then try signing out of Facebook on the Facebook app, then try signing back in. Let's see if that works.
