Why was I banned and how do I fix this?

So my account was banned. Of course, no explanation was given. Thankfully though it was only 7 days. Okay, so on the day the ban is to be lifted i try to log back in again using facebook or apple. Th...

Try clearing the cache for Facebook and Madden NFL 21 Mobile under your device settings. Then try signing out of Facebook on the Facebook app, then try signing back in. Let's see if that works.
