Which is really odd, because Vorn's features have a lot more detail than is shown there from what I recall. I kind of want to find a save right before that scene and crank my setting up to max. Because that looks like someone used default settings which don't load the larger HD textures and scales the screen.
Someone must have the * settings for when he played. My computer's a bit long in the tooth and does not have the most top-end video card in the world.

You can right-click on the image, BTW, and open it in a new tab/window to see it full size. Not lacking in detail at all.

That's what I thought too when I watched the video. Sure the animations are not that good, but the graphics overall are great. I play on PC on Ultra and it looks way better than the picture you posted. Looks like a console image for me.
