Is Mass Effect 3 a 3D game?

It has 3D graphics, if that's what you mean.
Stereoscopic 3D is possible if you're on PC and have an Nvidia card with 3D vision support. The game doesn't officially support it, though, so it doesn't look great. There's no stereoscopic 3D option on consoles.
