Before the game launched bioware did promise a couple of things to make it more realistic, some were delivered but it's still the same boring mechanics of having ticks in the checkbox before getting to bang. A previous article here with promises from bioware: http://www.gameinformer.com/b/features/archive/2016/11/18/mass-effect-andromeda-39-s-new-approach-to-romance.aspx
And only out of all the romances even get a sex scene ... rest are off screen anyways.
Just made it to the first kiss in Jaal's romance and I can not stress enough how much better this romance is with chemistry the lot than Liam's entire romance was and Im not even at the Jaal sex scene yet.
So disappointed in how most of the romances were handled this time. So much so I think I wont pre-order the next game. Will wait and see if the next games romances are done better first.
Human Male - Female Protag romancable thats actually a proper romance please bioware!
Not a creepy one nightstand - zero kisses and chemistry before suddenly hey lets get serious kk?
Bioware you are better than this. *sigh*

Here's a quote from Legion at the start of ME3 Priority Rannoch mission."No... Based on Empirical evidence... They are Not." 😃😃😃

I know the cross-species issues complicates things, but eventually, it's going to be important for everyone to start breeding if the milky way species are going to survive and thrive. That could be an extension of the romance system.

So much death and only 1 recorded birth so far... Wonder how many of the 100K milky folks survived. Since humans breed slowly and live relatively short lives compared to the asari and krogan, think in a couple of centuries, humanity will be a minority and krogans and asari will dominate...
Why? Well... Krogan, if they manage to cure the genophage or at least reduce its effects, as EDI mentioned in ME3, a krogan female of breeding age can produce up to 1000 fertilized eggs a year< mordin mentioned that the Genophage keeps checks population growth at 1 to 1000. Which basically means a female Krogan even without curing the genophage could have 1 child per year. Out of a 1000 year lifespan lets say 50% of it is spent as a sexually active adult, that's 500 kids per Krogan female during their lifetime.
As for the Asari, they can bang anyone and make Asari kids so... 😃

More than that they all can! Not just the females / half the species
I also fear my Ryder has added to the death toll with all of the outcasts and collective she killed

LMAO There ya go :eahigh_file:
I think they are not doing it just because they don't wanna get reviews they've turned a game into an xxx fiasco LOL.
There's plenty of hateful cons about romances around. I don't know, just saying, it's up to them after all. I don't mind it either way. 🤓
