The process is normally pretty straightforward:

Create an Origin account > set a valid payment method > buy the game. 

Where exactly is the problem? 

Do you try to buy inside Origin (client) or on the Website?

Any error massages?

What region do you live in?

It took some time, but I figured it out without any input from the original source.

For what it's worth the procedure is NOT easy for older people like myself for whom internet issues are a new thing.

Were there to be a concerned HR department anywhere in this organization, I would suggest to them that your 50+ audience is a significant fraction of your membership. Adjusting your procedures to account for the fact that some of us did not grow up with the internet could be a very valuable and lucrative strategy.

That said, my last post was written while I was on my meds. It is an old guy thing. I apologize if I offended.

Your download and install system is surely very clear to a young person who has never known anything but full Internet coverage. As a person who remembers when 'dial-up' meant calling Mom, your procedures are very confusing.

I would hope that you would adjust that, but I have never known young people to ever consider older people in their decisions. You could at least write better instructions.
