Achievments in Origin, but not in-game or N7HQ

I'm quite confused about this - I've looked at various threads but the information either contradicts or doesn't help.

Here's the problem: in the Origin programme, I have every achievement but Veteran and the Omega achievements.

In-game, all of my achievements are greyed out.  Same with N7HQ.

I recently downloaded/installed Omega.

Edit:  I just used someone else's local_profile (with all achievements completed), checked the game offline (all the achievements were available as complete).  Went online the game's readiness meter updated and all of the achievements became greyed out.  So...obviously something online is off.  It must be updating from N7HQ, and not the Origin account.  By why are both of them not syncing?  Or, really - how do I sync Origin with N7HQ?

(well, more than it already is - when I log into N7HQ it says that the account is connected...but it obviously isn't).
