First things first, MEA was, for whatever reason, clearly rushed out the door. Because of this the state the game is in is inexcusable, you should never rush software...however...
I was hoping that I wouldn't have to explain this in yet another game forum but here I go again...software engineering is hard. It's not like they can just press the "make game better" button, this stuff takes time and effort. Locating the problem in the system, determining what's causing the problem, weighting the value of solving this problem against solving other potentially more important problems, determining what the best solution to the problem is, determining whether or not the best solution is feasible or possible, making sure the solution doesn't cause more problems, etc, etc, etc. You can't realistically expect them to be able to pump out fixes like cupcakes, it just doesn't work like that.
Software engineering is not, has never been, and will never be an exact science. There is rarely an easy way to fix a problem in software that doesn't have a disastrous ripple effect throughout the whole system. MEA can still become a great game if Bioware keeps good on their promise to continue to support it and maintain it to the best of their ability, but considering the sate the game is in right now it's going to take a LONG time before that can reasonably be expected.
Yelling at them and insulting them will not endear them to your grief. Speak up about your concerns but never be toxic..
