@PakunaMatata I tested this for a chance as I was wondering myself to have her with better gear and can confirm it still works in the LE, so I decided today to help the OP.
@draconiam Do you know of anyone who has the game on PC (Steam) that finished Mass Effect LE on Insanity? I finished it and the achievement never unlock...?

Origin, no savegame editing, no trainers -> all achievements for ME3 unlocked including the insanity achievement. Well, paramour 3 is still waiting, but that's because I stayed true to Liara.
