Save folder, including saves from old account, reappeared after deletion
I repurchased MELE on a new Steam + EA account (bought on Steam, running through EA), after having previously deleted my old accounts. For some reason, the saves and achievements associated with my old account appeared in my new account, even though I deleted the BioWare/MELE folder in Documents. Since then, I've deleted this folder several times, but the folder and saves reappear every time I launch the game. This has also screwed up my achievements—getting the Veteran achievement in the prologue of ME1 was disconcerting. I'm running on Windows 11. Any advice? Anything I can do to wipe the slate clean, as much as is possible, anyway? I'll admit deleting my old accounts was probably wasteful, but what's done is done. It would at least be nice not to have my old saves showing up when I keep deleting them...
Can EA PLEASE remove the EA App Requirement for Mass Effect LE on Steam?
Since there's some other EA games that doesn't require the EA App on Steam, then why does Mass Effect Legendary Edition need the EA App Requirement? Can EA or anyone who works at EA or BioWare remove the EA App Requirement from the game on Steam? For any Answers, is it possible to know the possible answers to know why or why not? I'm not saying it like the Community 100% knows the answer but from guessing and such then..maybe?
Oversensitive Controls: Xbox Controller or Game bug?
I can't remember at all if this was something that would happen in the old trilogy but for the 10 mins I've played ME1--I'm playing on Xbox One X--I have noticed a rather annoying issue where I'm not even touching anything and yet Shepard starts walking around randomly without prompt. This has happened a few times throughout the time I was playing. I go into a conversation and sometimes the cursor over the dialogue options also auto moves before I've done anything to prompt it. I go into the journal and then the sound that plays when you can't scroll any higher starts playing on repeat as if I'm holding the up button and I'm not. So I have no idea if this is my controller having issues or if this is a bug in the game. I plan to check this out on another console/controller to see but for now I have no idea what's going on. An actual bug I came across though was an audio bug on Eden Prime. When Nihlus comes across Saren, his audio cuts out.

Bonjour, j'ai acheté votre "Mass effect légendary edition", qui est surtout légendaire car il doit démarrer via votre launcher EA codé avec le c**. J'ai, comme BEAUCOUP d'autres joueurs, le problème de "préparation du jeu..." qui tourne en boucle pendant 15 sec avant de disparaitre et de ne rien lancer.... Serait-il possible d'avoir, pour une fois, une solution efficace et surtout rapide à mettre en place. Le tout, avant la fin de la demande de remboursement du jeu. Car si je n’ai rien d'ici là, je me fais rembourser et je passe directement l'étape du "test du jeu" et j'écris directement mon article autour de la façon légendaire dont EA prend soin de ses joueurs.
