Bonjour, j'ai acheté votre "Mass effect légendary edition", qui est surtout légendaire car il doit démarrer via votre launcher EA codé avec le c**. J'ai, comme BEAUCOUP d'autres joueurs, le problème de "préparation du jeu..." qui tourne en boucle pendant 15 sec avant de disparaitre et de ne rien lancer.... Serait-il possible d'avoir, pour une fois, une solution efficace et surtout rapide à mettre en place. Le tout, avant la fin de la demande de remboursement du jeu. Car si je n’ai rien d'ici là, je me fais rembourser et je passe directement l'étape du "test du jeu" et j'écris directement mon article autour de la façon légendaire dont EA prend soin de ses joueurs. Red lines everywhere in mass effect legendary(me1,me2,me3)
I have weird red lines over everything(this only happened on mass effect, I played alan wake 2, cyberpunk 2077, dead space and digimon cybersleuth with no issues). I'm on a 5080, windows 10 64bits 22h2 The issue persisted on driver 572.83 and 576.52. https://imgur.com/a/SuWTZl0
[PC] Possible workarounds for Mass Effect Legendary Edition launch problems.
If the game does not start for you, there are several possible workarounds: Notice: Mass Effect Legendary Edition will not run on Windows 7. LE1 & LE2 will not run on CPUs with only 2 physical or logical cores. (You need 4 logical cores.) If you changed the global settings inside the "Manage 3D Settings" panel of the NVIDIA control panel anytime in the past, look at this post. Disable "Controlled folder Access" of the Windows defender. Disabling OneDrive PC folder backup. Corruptions in the "License" folder might also keep the games from starting. Make sure Origin and Steam are closed. Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time Copy and paste C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services into the new window > hit ENTER. Move the "License" folder to your Desktop > Test. A overprotective Virus scanner or other security software could also block the access to game files. (If you use "Sophos Home Premium" or other Sophos products look at this post and this post .) Disabling Bluetooth on some motherboards fixed the issues for some players as well. The Nahimic audio service, which is installed with the Realtek audio drivers from some motherboard manufacturers like MSI or Asus, causes many problems, and here it does too, it seems. (The Realtek stand alone audio drivers normally don't have the Nahimic software installed.) ROG's Sonic Radar 3 is one of the apps that uses it. If you use a VPN, look at this post. Check if the regional settings of your EA account (not EA app) is set right . If you have the game on Steam and it will only launch EA app but not the game, a possible cause is in this thread. (Warning! This requires some deeper computer knowledge.) Fixed: If you have a Windows user name with special characters in it: Either: create an new Windows user account with only ASCII characters in it. > Reboot > Log on to the new account > Test. Or: Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time. Type or copy and paste "control" into the new window. (Without the quotes) > Hit ENTER. Choose "Region" > Administrative Tools > Change Locale > Check "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support" > klick "OK" Reboot > Test. This issue was fixed with Patch 1.03 It looks like the game requires a CPU with AVX instruction set It turned out that only the Launcher needs the AVX instruction set. Almost all CPUs built for end consumer use in the last 10 years have this instruction set. However, if you are not sure, you can check the technical specifications of your CPU on the manufacturer's website. If you have this problem, in this post by is a workaround for the problem. (As always, use third party tools at your own risk.) This issue was fixed with Patch 1.03
Eletania - Mass Effect 1 Trinket Not Activating
@EA_DavidI just ran into this problem and noticed others also ran into this problem. On the Planet Eletania where you encounter the Prothean Ruin and to use the Trinkett you got from the Asari Consort, it does NOT work when examining the sphere. This a problem I ask to be fix as part of my completion of 100% Mass Effect 1 Legendary. I've uploaded a picture showing proof.
ME:LE on GeForce NOW For Epic Games Fans
So, for some time now both the EA and Steam versions of the Legendary Edition have been available to play on GeForce NOW, which is awesome! Is there any chance someone on the EA/Bioware team could check the box and have the Epic Game Store version also opted on to be played on GeForce NOW? It would be an awesome addition if possible! ME3 Legendary Crashing On Launch
Hi all - I'm asking this question here because I've tried basically every solution to this problem that I've come across in other forums/reddit posts/youtube videos and none of them have helped me. Two days ago, I went to launch ME3 and when I went clicked resume and went to the loading screen, the game crashed. I had been playing the game the previous day with no issues (just finished Priority: Tuchanka) and I've also played ME3 several times on this computer with absolutely no problems. To my knowledge nothing changed for me hardware/software-wise in the 24 hours between game sessions. ME1 and ME2 also launch fine. In an effort to try and solve my problem I have: restarted my computer, Steam, and the EA app repaired the game files on steam deleted the cache on the EA app turned off overlays for both steam and the EA app went online and offline in both applications updated my drivers uninstalled and reinstalled the game onto my computer's built-in hard drive turned off cloud syncing moved save files to desktop to test if it was a problem with a corrupt save uninstalled the game, made a new steam and EA account, repurchased MELE and redownloaded it just because I wanted to be as thorough as possible I also probably tested some other things that I've just forgotten about at this point. So, if someone happens to have some thoughts on something else I can try or what might be the problem, that would be so appreciated. Or you can just tell me I'm doomed to never play ME3 again. I will attach my DXDiag (please don't make fun of me for playing on a partitioned MacBook I know it's lame and bad let me live). Thank you!
