@EA_Mako and to OP, this isn't much as a problem as I found you can indeed change the loadout of squadmates in the Arena on the bench after selecting the conditions of the mission now, you can't do this with Jack shore leave quest (1/2) as when you go to wait for her because it jumps straight to the battle.
You can buy Jacks License and select a match before meeting up with her. Change loadouts, boom, when you meet her she has the weapons you gave to her.

- @Schachmatt123 gotta love the Claymore! Such a powerful weapon. One of the best Insanity Weapons to choose from. With the headshot attachment and / or piercing mods those cerberus armor guards go down so quickly!!
Favorite weapon from the ME2. Takes down all enemies quickly! Perfect weapon for the Vanguard player.
