Same here, after downloading Citadel today i cannot autorize this DLC, i tried conntact online support but EA guy Henry told me to call to the America to some specfic number, but im from middle europe i dont want to call to the other side of planet to play what i paid for...(and they did not work at weekends)
All DLC before (i ihave all of them) were running just fine, and now im quite angry. But it looks like im not only one who have this problem so it may be related to EA server problems they have with SimCity. Will see after day or two.
Hi, I was thinking along the same line. I only know the problem they have with Simcity when I saw the news on my BBC news app. Thinking back, my problem did happen around the same time.
