Bioware social network registering game

I bought Mass Effect 3 and I've been playing it since 5 months at least. I want to register the game in my Bioware Social Network account but I get a message saying that the ownership was not detected. I'm playing online on Mass effect 3 and yes I have the right account on the social network. Please help.
