Black Screen trying to load mission (Xbox 360)

I'm able to play through the Earth Escape mission but after that I get a black screen after either:

1. Admiral Hackett messege and wont load Mars Archive mission
2. I try to load any mission after I visit Citidel for the first time (Turian Primarch or Cerberus Lab)

The console will let me pull up my menu and back out to Dashboard.

I tried deleting saves, deleting all DLC, starting over with/without importing from ME2 other gamer profiles, backing out to dashboard and reloading save.

I've sat around for 10 months waiting for an official fix or any information whatsoever so this is my last ditch effort.
