I've got the exact same problem as you.
Thing is, I did visit Atlanta for the new year and play multiplayer on both of my best friend's computers, but I didn't have any problem until a few days after I got home. I first noticed when, in the lobby, it showed I only had 50 challenge points. I figured it was just a bug, but then when I went to equip another banner, ALL of my challenge metas were at 0%. No, it wasn't because I'd already done them--they were all completely reset. Like the other people in this thread, I've got my Biotic God banner equipped because it was the one I was using, but I can't equip any other banner. My N7 score is being updated on the N7HQ, but challenge points aren't being added to my correct total (as of about two weeks ago at least) of 3725.
I called EA last week, and everyone I talked to was dumbfounded. The specialist thought he'd found a solution and suggested I play for a bit to see if it worked. It's been a week and there's been no change at all, so I'm going to call again, but ugh ☹️ Has anyone at all found some kind of solution?
