[BUG] Challenges and achievements complete RESET

Anyone else got same christmas present? All my challenges are now zero and achievements gone too. Kinda disappointing present under the tree. And yes.. I had them as you can see other statistics ...

Resources of customer support are limited. They cannot do anything in this for us, because it is not a technical issue on our end. I seriously doubt, that anyone can do. It is an in game bug, which should be easily fixed, so it cannot happen to others. No hope for those, who are already affected.
