[BUG] ME1 Framerate drop after killing docile salarians on Virmire

When killing the docile salarians in their cell on Virmire, the framerate is reduced to an unplayable level. Saving and reloading doesn't fix it. Shutting down the game and resuming also doesn't work...

Just figured i'd drop this video in as well just to give a clear indication of the differences in outcome without restarting the game but simply reloading prior to the event taking place and the different choices you can make.

I should also point out that the door opens before sheppard punching the pad to open the door, not a big deal but kinda funny i think.

After the 07.06.2021 update, the framerate no longer drops after killing the salarians (Tested it).
