Mass Effect Andromeda ''Top Talent'' Steam Achievements.

I literally just got this achievement to finally pop up today for me. Like 2 weeks ago I had another team reach Level 20 and I was trying to follow this post from the Steam forums.

Although that didn't work for me, but I did do a couple things different and it worked. 

• Stopped using the Apex app entirely and only did it in-game.
• Opened the EA App before launching the game.
  • Idk if it's necessary, but I just wanted to make sure it was fully connected to the internet before launching the game since it uses it for DRM and it might have something to do with it, who knows? Better safe than sorry. 
• On the game's main menu I let it set there and wait for it to go from "Status: Connecting" to "Status: Online" before hitting "resume". 
• On the final Mission Debrief where the team levels up from 19 to 20 and it says "Mission successful/failure" and shows all your traits, rewards, & XP gained. Let it sit on that screen for like 5 minutes before hitting "ACCEPT".
  • Previously I would just smash the space bar to debrief all the missions as fast as possible, so that might've had something to do with it. 
• After that 5 minutes don't debrief any more teams or mess with Pathfinder rewards just back out until you're back in control of Ryder. Hit pause and from the menu wheel go to "Game" and "Jump to Multiplayer"
  • For me it popped up as soon as it connected to multiplayer.
