[Bug] ME2 Has Kaiden Alive Even Though He Died On Virmire

My upload save from ME1 to ME2 acknowledges that I killed Kaiden on Virmire, however in the beginning cutscene on Normandy 1.0, Kaiden is on the ship. The rest of the game after that then correctly mentions that it is Ashley who survived Virmire, and not Kaiden.
