Can a US copy of Mass Effect Trilogy play on a PAL Xbox 360 in Europe?

The title is pretty self explanatory, I would like to purchase a copy of "Mass Effect Trilogy" but the only available in my country is a US copy. Should I buy it? Or will I waste my money? I've searc...

Yeah this is where I read it in the first place, and also the wiki which has a compilation of games working on pal. Thank you
