Can I run Mass Effect 2 on my Macbook OS X 10.5.8?

I can't figure out how to start it or anything! Is it even playable for Mac? PLEASE HELP! I really wan to play it.

My brother plays games on his iMac running Windows 7. If you have the minimum required specs, your games should run, as long as you're not running MacOS.
