Mass Effect Andromeda multiplayer button does nothing
I can't play multiplayer.
When I press "multiplayer" button it plays sound of pushing the button, but nothing happened. Then after about a minute I have a connection error: Connection is lost my account goes offline. Then I press "multiplayer" button again and connection turns on and is ok, my account is online, and that's all, then the loop starts again.
I herd from forums that re-enable entitlements for my ME Andromeda could help. But support gay says that he did that, and the problem still here.
Needles to say that my ME 3 works well, no issues, just it's should.
Some more information, maybe, just maybe, it depends: this account has no progress at all, never launched a single player and never make to the Apex terminal.
What can I do?
