Everything you requested is already in the game, as mentioned, except for changing appearance (edit: and class) mid-game.
That can be achieved unofficially with the save editor (edit: for PC). You can make a new character, export the head morph, and import that in your current playthrough.

Really? I've been constantly restarting my game on PS4 because I just can't decide on a look or class.

You can't change anything on the Xbox One?

@Oldeshooter I'm playing on Xbox One and I was able (as normal) to change Shepard's appearance and class when importing an ME1 save to ME2, and again from ME2 to ME3.

I need to install the 2 and 3 and then try it.
- 4 years ago@Fred_vdp My question is in Mass Effect one I played has a vanguard level 29, but I wanted to change to sentinel in Mass effect 2. The points did not get transferred, but does the story change like the decision in he made? I really wish the points would have transferred.
Thank you,

Thank you,
MayraBetween Mass Effect 1 and 2, character level doesn't transfer, except for a small bonus if you import a high level character. From ME2 to ME3, however, your level carries over.
Your story choices do carry over. It doesn't matter that you changed your class, so no worries.
