Cannot connect to the Cerberus Network (Technically EA's servers)

Just to join in on the tide of questions since it seems nobody has seen their searches through so I can use them, I'm having issues connecting to the Cerberus Network for the purposes of redeeming an...

@holger1405 Na, just the same error about not being able to connect to cerberus network every time I launch the game

OK, first, enable 2 Factor authentication again, it will not make any difference.

You password is not longer than 16 characters?

Your E-Mail is not containing any spacial characters except the @?

Are you on a private or a public (University) network?

Make sure this ports are open at your router:
