Cant access Ea server on nintendo wii u (mass effect 3)

I am currently playing Mass effect 3: special edition on the nintendo wii u and everytime i try to connect to the ea server it always gives a error

I have no connected once and was wondering if it has to do with my location (australia) or I have not done something right.

I have made a ea origins account which has the same username as the nintendo wii u NNID
