I am on origin if that makes any difference.
Where you doing it through Origin or through an internet browser?

- ApprovedIn fact, when I tried to use the go.bioware or whatever yesterday it said the site was taking too long to load. I did not try today yet.
Last time I purchased Bioware points it was through the website:

I have add and script blocking programs that can cause issues when purchasing sometimes, so if you have any active they might be interfering.
Another thing to check is your EA account to make sure the information listed is the same as your card.
