Can't change the language

i've been trying to find a solution for days but apparently nobody else has this issue, but i cant change the language in steam it's set to german, in origin it's set to german, but when im in the g...

    There's an unofficial launcher where the language options are re-introduced. We didn't include it in our sticky thread with recommended mods, and the forum rules says we can't link to unofficial mod sites, so just google "Mass Effect Legendary Edition Custom Launcher for Unlocking All Language Options" and you'll wind up on Nexus mods.

    I haven't tested the mod for this functionality, so this is not an endorsement.

Where did you purchased the game?

You tried to chang the language in the MELE Launcher?

Did you changed the language in the "Spiel Eigenschaften" in Origin?

@holger1405 i did a full reinstall of the game, with the settings still on german in both steam's and origin's game properties
it's still locked to english, yet all the files for the other languages exist in the game files

    I would also suggest to try the launcher @Fred_vdp mentioned.
