Can't Download "From Ashes" DLC

Every piece of DLC downloads without any problems. It's just "From Ashes" that doesn't work. It has a different download button to everything else. The others say "Download", From Ashes says "Down...

Hi,

I deleted ProgramData and Local/Roaming AppData as instructed

Clicking the Download button on From Ashes now spawns a popup window, saying "To play Unidentified Game, you must first activate it on your EA account."

Origin is online?

Did you starter the main game once and logged on to the ME3 servers?

      @JakeMun

      Please search your entire PC for a "DLC_HEN_PR" folder.

      Furthermore,  you should contact EA directly. (If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.) so that the support can verify your account and your content.

      Please report back after that.

        There is no "DLC_HEN_PR" folder anywhere on my pc.

        I tried contacting EA directly via the chat. It said there was a five minute wait to be connected, I waited 25 minutes and still wasn't connected.

        I also found some old posts on the Bioware forums from way back in 2012 with users reporting the same problem and no resolution.
