    Its work!!

    Suicide in a hole worked!!

    Just behaind the tempest i jump to suicide and then i appear near the "paradise" and them i could jump in into the tempest!

I had the same problem. I tried reloading old saves and switching my loadout to try to get the map to reload but no luck. Frustrated thinking I would have to load a really old save to get myself out of this bug I jumped into one of those craters that would cause my character to leave the mission area. Upon reload I was able to get access back to the Tempest. I hope that helps anyone else with this issue.
