Can't Play Because Re-Installed Game Doesn't Recognize DLC
I just re-installed Andromeda on my PS4 after a few years, to finally finish it. Now I find myself unable to access my old saves, due to the following error message:
'Unable to load your save file because it is linked to game content that is no longer installed:
Deep Space Pack
Deluxe Edition Pack
Please reinstall the above content and try again'
The thing is, according to the PS Store and my library those packs very much are installed, and I don't see what more I could do to make the game aware of that fact. As far as I know nothing whatsoever has changed about my account in the meantime. All advice I've found about this issue refered to the PC version of the game, which isn't exactly helpful to me.
Is there a way to deal with this, or do I have to uninstall ME:A again and forget about it? 🤨
Hi @TheRealJayDee1 Can you try to clear the systems cache, then relaunching and seeing if this continues?
Clear your PS4's cache:
- Press and hold the PlayStation button on your controller.
- Select "Turn Off PS4".
- Let the PlayStation 4 to fully power down and wait for 15 to 30 seconds.
- Restart the PlayStation 4.
