Cerberus/Alliance Network

I've been having a couple problems with both Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3.

For starters I just downloaded some new DLC for ME2 (Kasumi & Shadow Broker) but when I went to actually play I got an error saying that I was unable to sign into the Cerberus Network and that my DLC was unavailable.  No big deal, I could never sign in automatially anyway.  However I used to be able to sign in manually (I would click the connect button and I would get a window to enter my email and password) but now that little window apparently no longer exists for either game.  The same goes for ME3, I can't sign into the Alliance Network either and there's no manual log in option.

Just for additional clarification this is for the PC version of both games.  I installed them through Origin.  I do have an Xbox version of ME3 (registered to a different EA account [not the one I'm using for this]) and that account signs in fine automatically.

Is there a solution for this at all?
