Citadel DLC is broken

"Silver Coast Casino: Infiltration" mission, when Brooks told you that she can't go further because of the guard and you need to distract him. When I talk to the guard, he disappears and Shepard is just T-posing silently. And after a few reloads, the screen just turns black, and the only option is to shut down the game process.

They should have used Kasumi for the Silver Coast Casino: Infiltration DLC.
