I have finished the mission agains the clone and I got a few mails from friends to meet them etc. I did it, got a few more mails did what they said but now I am not getting any more massages although I know there are a few friends who I didn't meet yet why is that?
Did you progress far enough in the plot? Do you have enough survivors?
The best place to start the Citadel mission is at the spot your endgame save will place you, or right before the Extended edition DLC starts, same spot really.
You cannot interact with the dead, and you cannot interact with those who are still busy on their own missions, or you have not yet met in Mass Effect 3.
I know I am at the end just before the assault on Cerberus, I kept all of the people alive during ME, ME2 and ME3 and I met all of them throughout this gameplay.

But not everybody has an e-mail or appearance before the party, you still need to send them an e-mail to invite them.
That didn't help so much.
I don't know why, for example, I never met Kasumi in the casino heist although she is alive and I met her in ME3?
