Hello @Mistermovieman
Unfortunately I don`t know what were the bugs, you have reported. But all the information, our users send us, regarding any in-game issues is investigated and forwarded to the developers, if any actions required. Thank you so much for helping us to make this game even better for everyone.
Cheers,
Archi

Well, I reported the bugs about two Citadel missions "Scan the Keeprs" and "Rita's Sister." Does EA still take a look at bugs from Old games like Mass Effect 1? Because I think the bugs I reported have been around for years.

ME1 is 10 years old and this are not game braking bugs, or in other words, it is very unlikely that you will see a patch for this bug.
For the "Rita's Sister" bug, if you return the mods to Chellick without talking to Rita before, you will get your assignment.

I knew that it was an old game. I tried reporting the bugs anyway to see if EA would at least take a look at it. I didn't expect them to close the cases, but the community manager is saying that the look at all the bugs. A bug that does not let you finish content is, by definition, game-breaking. I, of course know, that talking to Chellick before Rita would finish the quest, but I wanted tos we what would happen if you talked to Rita during the quest. It's too late to talk to Chellick now. There's nothing in the game that says if you talk to Rita, you finish the quest, as that would make no sense. It's a bug. The mass Effect wiki even says so.
