Closed Bug Report Cases?
I reported two bugs about this game to EA, and EA closed the cases in a few hours. I did not get an email about it. Does this mean EA cannot solve the problem, or what?

EA Staff (Retired)Hello @Mistermovieman and thank you again for being such a dedicated fan of Mass Effect franchise. You know, Bioware has its hands full with Mass Effect Andromeda right now, but this does not means older titles and gone and forgotten. As I told you before, we are carefully listening to our players and gathering reports, sadly I do not have information about about future Mass Effect 1 updates.

Thanks. I have just starting playing the Mass Effect games, and I didn't notice these bugs until now. A shame they weren't fixed before, but these old games are great regardless.
