Closed Bug Report Cases?
I reported two bugs about this game to EA, and EA closed the cases in a few hours. I did not get an email about it. Does this mean EA cannot solve the problem, or what?

Thanks. I have just starting playing the Mass Effect games, and I didn't notice these bugs until now. A shame they weren't fixed before, but these old games are great regardless.
