Closed Bug Report Cases?
I reported two bugs about this game to EA, and EA closed the cases in a few hours. I did not get an email about it. Does this mean EA cannot solve the problem, or what?

I am a new person to this butt if anyone's seeing this then I want to let them know that a bug occurred to me while I was playing Mass effect 1 legendary edition I spawned out of the map my character disappeared my teammates weren't anywhere to be seen so I restarted my game like five times and then when I quickly loaded like my 10th or 9th save I finally didn't spawn outside the map Mass effect legendary edition people who created this please fix this
