Collector's are invisible - anyone else have this problem?

Just had it happen again - that makes about 5 ot 6 times since they were introduced. Happens in both new games and games in progress.

They are completely invisible, and I dont even see their weapon fire.

Any ideas/clues?

Try this:
Go to your library in Origin and click the "i" for ME3.
Scroll down and find Retaliation.
Right-click Retaliation and click "Repair Install"

what emwhalen said sounds like good advice.
If it is on and off and not permanent, it could be a glitch I have heard reported elsewhere where the enemies are invisible. Is it just happening to the collectors or other factions aswell? I don't know of a fix for this glitch besides exiting the game and starting a new one, sorry.
