Mass Effect Andromeda - Missing Online Access

Anytime I try to access multiplayer I get a "missing online access" message and I've tried every solution I could find on google and every time I try to contact an advisor I'm just given the run around, either with "fixes" that don't work or just referred to another advisor with the same "solutions" I've been through 5 different advisors today, I want to 100% the game but can't because of this and I've found no help

oh I repaired the game and whatever you did worked and I can play online now thank you for the quick help

How did you fix this? The only support I've gotten was getting brick-walled by a robot.

I'm having this same problem, i tried verifying files through Steam, to no avail, i also haven't been able to start a case, just been getting the run around on the EA help site.

Erebos_Dark_God Hey, sorry to see you aren't able to get this up and running. For this error, it has to be done through support. When you try to create a case, what is happening?
