Collector's Edition Online Pass

Okay, so I've been playing ME3 since release day. I bought the digital version. I've had that online pass and it worked for all this time. I bought the trilogy version and registered that pass too. So, one day I see that Amazon.com still has copies of Mass Effect 3's N7 CE. (Brand New, Never Opened.) I bought it and registered that online pass code as well. Here's my problem: The BSN forum seems to think I don't have the collector's edition, despite me having the in game items, (N7 weapons, hoodie, robodoggie) and I can't download the CE soundtrack or get those fancy forum avatars I should be able to access because I did buy the CE. I can see where that might be a little confusing considering I have 3 passes registered but can somebody tweak it to recognize my CE version only?

Oh and I have the PS3 version of the game.
