Having one disloyal team mate seems to always get someone killed though. Right?
Oh well. I did the mission...Legion died.
I reloaded a save, did the loyalty mission, did the Suicide Mission and then resurrected Gabby and Kelly with the editor.
I did some heavy cheating on the last play through of the mission. It was actually funny. I might upload it. LOLZ
Hmm, It's been a few years but I could swear that I've gotten through the suicide mission without doing all the loyalty missions. I'm not 100% on that though, most of the time I just try to get Miranda killed anyway.

Tali and Legion are really the only two I worry about.
If you have a disloyal team mate, one person usually dies and Tali is always first to go(except for specialists). Even if she's loyal, the game kills her first.
I put a lot of time in those two in ME2 because they are integral to my ME3 play.
I must have waited too long to acquire Legion.
No way I was letting him die as a specialist or Tali die because of him. I spent 34 hours on ME1 and 2 to build this story for ME3. hahaha

You Monster! 😉 🙂
You are right, you can keep Legion alive without him being Loyal, as @Fred_vdp explained perfectly. You also will not lose other Party members if the rest is Loyal.

I once got everyone out alive with four disloyal characters.

Four is a lot, I only had two in one of my playthroughs, Zaeed and Legion.
