Completionist trophy

So I just completed mass effect 1 for the first time ( I never played the games before) and it's an amazing game I loved every second of it. What's annoying me right now is that I don't have the completionist trophy even though I did majority of everything in the game. Whats even more annoying is that everyone has different guides saying that they got the trophy with different amounts of assignments and quests done. Is it a bug? Will it be patched if it is? I'm playing on ps5
