Console command-line question

Greetings all!
I've played through the game a hundred times. Every setting, every mod (feels like, anyhow, lol), male Shep, female Shep, every love interest, the list goes on. I'd like to use the console and get the really REALLY cheat-y stuff! I've figured out the armor and the weapons, but I can NOT get the BioAmp or OmniTool entries to work.

I forget the best bio amp, but I KNOW the best OmniTool is the Serrice Council Savant X. Would someone be so kind as to provide me the actual command I use to enter into the console to get these two items, please? I've tried at least a dozen different variations on a theme here. Examples include:

giveitem self 10 savant manf_serrice_council

giveitem self 10 savant_tool manf_serrice_council

giveitem self savant manf_serrice_council

giveitem savant manf_serrice_council

giveitem 10 savant manf_serrice_council

What am I MISSING?! ARGH!!!

I'm going to do this playthrough this week as I'm home from emergency surgery to remove a badly infected gall bladder that would have killed me in a week (it was shucking e coli into my bloodstream -- NOT a good thing). Thank you]
