Controller Support On Origin

Trying to use my Wired Xbox 360 Controller to play the game and it doesn't seem to work. Was wondering if there even in controller support for this game on Origin. I really don't want to use a 3rd party application or any other method I can't help it...I just got done with 2 chats from game advisors and neither one of them helped me

    Just don't log in at the first place.
    The game should just work fine without login in to the Cerberus network.

    periodt, I'm looking answers for the same question and I see that this post was posted 3 years ago and there's still an issue w this. Has there really been no update?
