Crash after "Press Any Button to Continue" screen

Hello.

      My mass effect 2 game seems to crashing after the "Press Any Button to Continue" screen. I read another post about this and it said to turn off the Origin In-Game setting (which I did) and if that didn't work (which it didn't) check the reliability monitor and post what comes up there, so here it is.
