Crash after "Press Any Button to Continue" screen

Hello. My mass effect 2 game seems to crashing after the "Press Any Button to Continue" screen. I read another post about this and it said to turn off the Origin In-Game setting (which I did)...

Did you try the repair option in Origin?

Additional to @Fred_vdp, you probably don't need to move the "Coalesced.ini", the step before that should be sufficient.
