I think I've found a temporary solution, but it's very ghetto - unplug internet cable > start ME3 offline mode > wait for it to load up completely > plug internet cable > connect to EA servers.
If done properly, it should verify all DLCs and not crash. But it doesn't work all the time, sometimes it does, other times it will just say that it can't verify that you own any of the DLCs.
I've tried a similar strat only I start origin in ofline mode instead of yanking the cord (but that always results in the dlcs not working). I'll try your method when I get home today. Even if it works only sometimes it would be a vast improvment.
Also, theres a small posibility that the problem is ISP related, do you use comcast perchance?
